At the present stage, barriers and contradictions in international business are decreasing, but the scale of business communication is increasing, accompanied by the difficulties of ethical and moral behavior in the face of cultural differences, with ethics problems being particularly acute in the face of fierce competition and rapid society transformation.

Ethics in international business is a system of knowledge, a set of universal ethical norms and moral principles, on the basis of which business entities should be guided in business relations. Adherence to moral and ethical norms helps international companies succeed in the international market and business circles, which enhances the competitiveness and viability of business entities during long-term business cooperation.

Ethical and moral principles in international business regulate the behaviors of the entities involved in the business communication process, reduce disagreements and conflicts between them and clearly define the position and activities of each business entity.

Ethical norms in international business are an important means of achieving the company's goals.
